BOLIVAR, Mo. — The SBU women's and men's tennis teams will host the first two rounds of the NCAA national tournament on May 9-10 at the John A. Bryant Tennis Center in Bolivar.

The women's and men's teams, ranked #2 and #1 respectively in the North Central Region, each earned MIAA Championship trophies on April 27.

The SBU women's team (16-7) will face Nebraska-Kearney (10-10) in the first round on Friday, May 9 at 9 AM.

The SBU men's team (12-5) will face Truman State (13-7) in the first round on Friday, May 9 at approximately 1 PM. SBU defeated Truman earlier this season, 8-1.

In addition to both teams hosting regionals and winning MIAA Championships, this season was highlighted by Coach John Bryant's 600th career win. Bryant is in his 42nd season at SBU.
