JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Lady Bearcats swept Lincoln, 8-4 and 9-5, to pick up their 4th and 5th consecutive wins.

Josie Rose picked up both wins, giving her 10 victories this year. Rose now has 131 strikeouts on the season, a new SBU single-season record.

McKenzie Mortimer went 3 of 4 in game one, with 3 RBIs. Sarah Brison went 2 of 3 with 3 RBIs of her own.

Erica Shabbing, Teressa Gomez, and Brison had 2 hits each in game two.

The wins brings the Lady Bearcats to 11-12 on the season.
