Volleyball Loses in Four To Northwest

BOLIVAR, MO -- The SBU Lady Bearcat volleyball team lost to Northwest Missouri State tonight in 4 games. Northwest won the first two games 30-27 and 30-22. SBU won the third 27-30. NW took the 4th game 30-18.

SBU's Chelsea Kenney logged a triple-double with 14 kills, 23 assists, and 17 digs. Northwest's Alicia Johnson had 23 kills and Katie Swenson had 57 assists.

The loss drops SBU to 8-19 on the season and 2-9 in the MIAA.

Next Thursday (10-18-07), Central Missouri is in Bolivar with a scheduled starting time of 7:00 PM.
