TOPEKA, KS -- The SBU men's tennis team has advanced deep in both singles and doubles play in the 2007 Wilson / ITA North Central Regional Championships in Topeka.

Alex Kacamakis, the #1 seed of the tournament, will play Brandon Lupo of Metro State in the semi-finals tomorrow (9/30).

The SBU doubles team of Emilio El Alabi and Daniel Prerad (the tournament's #2 seed) have advanced to the finals and will play Metro State's team of Ruckelshausen - Meyer, the tournament's #1 seed.

Winners will advance to the nationals in Mobile, AL.
