SBU's Matt Rogers has been named to the 2009 State Farm Coaches'
Division II All-American team, after helping the Bearcats to the MIAA
regular season championship and the South Central Region finals.

Jeff Guiot selected to coach NABC All-Star Classic

SBU head coach Jeff Guiot, who guided his SBU Bearcats to their third
MIAA regular season title in four years, has been selected to coach the
West all-stars for the annual Hall of Fame All-Star Classic.

A great season for the SBU Bearcats came to an end on Tuesday night.
The #7 Bearcats were defeated by the #6 Central Missouri Mules, 98-63.

expected. Bearcats and Mules. An all-MIAA final for the right to move
on to the Elite Eight in Springfield, Massachusetts. The MIAA regular
season champion versus the MIAA postseason tournament champions. Number
seven in the country versus number six. Both teams won on their home
floor this season. Two schools separted by just 90 miles.
