Kwasi Ofori-Yeboah
Dr. Kwasi Ofori-Yeboah has been a SBU faculty member since the fall of 1997 and recently has been named chair of his department. Since that time he has endeared himself to his students and colleagues with his disarming smile, his gentle spirit and his Christlike attitude. While his classes are demanding, they are popular with students because of his genuineness. He has brought a cultural diversity to our campus that is stimulating and essential. A student worker for the President, told him that this professor always greets their class with a smile and makes them feel at ease. He is a kind man who is interested in his work and, more importantly, cares about his students.

He also drives a van to pick up children whose parents do not attend church. In his activities outside church, he serves the people of our community as a soccer coach for the YMCA.
