Implement year three of the staff equity salary plan.

Implement year two of the faculty equity salary plan.

Implement a basic supervision training program for supervisors.

Increase funding for faculty development to 0.1 percent of the overall University budget.

Strengthen the collaboration between academics and student life in   order to enhance student learning.

Integrate the strategic planning process (UPAC) with the academic   and administrative unit review process, budgeting process and all  appropriate committees.

Develop, communicate and implement a plan for performance  review for all employees.

Examine the usefulness of the "budget" software for Datatel  and implement as needed.

Develop and implement a five-year financial plan which would include (1) an annual evaluation of a five-year perpetual capital/equipment needs assessment and (2)detailed evaluations of income sources, full-cost allocated departmental reviews and debt service covenants.

Strengthen the use of assessment data to improve student learning.

Develop an international recruiting program.

Continue the development and implementation of the  honors program.

Review and revise current Public Relations and Marketing organizational infrastructure in an effort to develop and implement an integrated marketing plan for the University.

Analyze data collected from 2003-2004 communication and service committee employee interviews to identify perceived communication issues and the effective and non-effective communication channels specified by employees.

Draft a Communication Plan that is integrated with the Marketing Plan, which addresses the core components of effective communication.

Recommend a system to communicate internal and external University information to employees at all levels on a consistent basis.

Assess the spiritual needs of the University family and develop program(s) to address those needs.

Develop a better mechanism for making mandatory chapel attendance a part of the permanent student record.
