Sarah Bowling

Bowling obtained a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Interior Design from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. Bowling is currently working on an Master of Business Administration at Southwest Baptist University. While at SBU, Bowling has earned the 2009 Two-time All-American in the Triple Jump for the SBU Bearcats, Academic All-American, and is the current school record holder in the Women's Indoor Triple Jump, Outdoor Triple Jump and Outdoor Long Jump.

Brad Grainger

Grainger received his degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.  He has professional experience as a Construction Manager for a top 25 National Electrical Contractor, Facilities Engineer for Monsanto and the Federal Reserve Bank system, and sales experience in building systems and lighting systems.  Grainger currently manages a factory direct field sales force and a network of manufacturer representative agencies promoting lighting equipment.

Koerber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, and Master of Business Administration degree  through Southwest Baptist University. Koerber has 15 years of management experience with various organizations. Koerber has served as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Accountant, Director of Finance, and Assistant Controller for various organizations.

Moles is highly experienced with proven leadership responsible for more than 300 employees globally throughout four operations and six service centers in nine different countries. Moles strengths lie in creativity, motivation and the development of new organizations. He has actively led several mergers and acquisitions including the forming and raising of financial capital from private investors. He has served as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of various organizations.

Richards obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. Richards has 11 years of business experience and has served as Project Manager, Developer, and Trainer for several organizations in Missouri.

Winterberg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri, an Human Resources Certificate through Missouri State MDI, and is currently working on a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management at Webster University.

Woolley has over 30 years of general management experience with fortune 500 companies. He has served in senior executive level positions for two world-wide consumer products companies. He has served as Board Member, President, and Chief Executive Officer of various companies. Chuck is an active member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary (M&AMI) with M & A Source. He is also a licensed broker with the Missouri and Arkansas Real Estate Commission.
