Electronic Classroom T222 and T220
These rooms will be described in a past, present, and future method. In the past these were just conventional classrooms. Portable projectors allowed for the display of computer video output, and TV/VCR combo carts provided for VHS video tape playback and viewing. Now the projectors have been mounted on the ceilings, and are connected to faceplates at the front of each room. These faceplates are next to the network connections, so that laptops can make connections easily. A VCR can also be hooked to the faceplate so that video and audio go through the projector. Support equipment is located in the closet at the front of each room, and includes items like VGA cables and signal boosters(in case your laptop's signal is not strong enough to drive the projector). Plans for the future include having a ceiling-mounted sound system and a podium with desktop PC.
