1. Plug in power cord.
2. Plug in network cable (if needing computer to be on the network.
3. Turn on computer.
4. Turn on projector.
5. Turn on document camera.
1. To ZOOM the projector in or out press the ZOOM button on the top of the projector and use the top and bottom arrows to adjust.
2. To FOCUS the projector press the FOCUS button on the top of the projector and use the top and bottom arrows to adjust.
3. Use the MODE button on projector to select between Computer 1, Computer 2 and Video.
4. The computer on cart is Computer 1
5. There is nothing on Computer 2
6. The VCR and the Document Camera are Video
7. To select between VCR and Document Camera push the appropriate button on the document camera to choose.
Operating Document Camera
1. The document camera has an arm light and a baselight. Use the baselight for transparencies or slides. Use the armlight for anything else.
2. Place object on the camera stage use the preview monitor mounted on camera to adjust.
3. The knob on top of the document camera allows you to rotate the picture.
4. The ZOOM buttons on the side of the camera head allow you to zoom in and out.
5. The camera has automatic focus.
Adjusting Volume
1. The computer sounds come out on the computer speakers on top of the cart. Adjust volume on the speakers.
2. The sounds for the VCR comes out on the speaker at the front of the cart. Use the MASTER button on the front of the speaker to adjust the volume. Do not adjust anything else.
1. Turn projector off press the red On-Off button twice to turn off projector.
2. Turn computer off
3. Turn document camera off.
4. Do not unplug power cord until the projector cools down and the fan shuts off.
