December 14, 2006 - Well, it’s been a long time since I’ve written you; sorry! Things have been going well, but busy as usual. I am actually home in Bolivar now.

November 9, 2006- I wanted to send you all an update. My most exciting news is that I became an aunt on Monday! I have a little nephew, Jack.

November 4, 2006 - I just got back from Chiang-Rai, because we just renewed our visas again yesterday. We got to walk around Laos and shop for 2 hours!

October 20, 2006 - I hope you all are doing well. We are doing well here. Thank you for your concern; the coup has not affected us personally, so don’t worry about us.

September 21, 2006 - The first week of September, Megan and I met Jen & Naomi, also doing their semester abroad in Thailand, in the capital and flew to Malaysia together, to renew our visas. We had a blast!

September 3, 2006 - Sunday night, 20 August, our province of Nan flooded. After waiting in Bangkok for it to dry up so we could come back, we got back to Nan town that Thursday. Since then, we have not done our normal routine at all!

August 22, 2006 - It’s been a while since my last update. We got our visas renewed for 1 month. Next time, we get to visit Malaysia to do this (since we have to leave the country), so we’re going to make a little holiday out of it on the beach!

July 27, 2006 - Megan & I have finished our month of full-time language study! On Tues we had our lang. test and have passed level 1! Apparently we’re doing well for being here 6 weeks.

July 13, 2006 - Since I last wrote to you, I’ve done several exciting things! The first week of July, Megan and I accompanied one of the m’s, David Cobb to a high school where we distributed tracts to all the kids and made a few friends.

July 3, 2006 - Hello from Thailand! Megan & I got here on Monday 12th June after 2 full days of traveling. Jet lag wasn’t actually too bad. It is great here.

June 15, 2006 - I just want to let you all know that Megan & I arrived safely in Naan, Thailand on Monday 12 June after traveling for 2 days.
