Current Research Projects: Currently working on a project called "Contextual Computer Science" which means giving more context from which to learn computer science.

Why do you enjoy teaching at SBU? I enjoy teaching at SBU because regardless of background, academic discipline, or job title, there is a pervasive sense of "pulling together" for the cause of excellence in Christian education.

Dr. DeClue has a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in School Computer Studies from Northwest Missouri State University, and a PhD in Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University.
